Support block terms:
– Includes 20 prepaid support hours
– Effective rate: $300 per hour
– Time is tracked in 15-minute increments
– Unused hours expire 120 days after purchase
– Support is delivered remotely
– Support is delivered during standard business hours
– Resolution is not guaranteed within the purchased hours if the issue requires development, Microsoft support, third-party vendor support, integration work, or a separate project
For new customers, Transform Pilot may require a support intake review before work begins. If the request is outside standard support scope, Transform Pilot may recommend a separate project quote.
After payment, Transform Pilot will send an intake form to collect your Dynamics 365 Supply Chain support request, screenshots, error messages, environment details, process area, priority, and preferred working times.
